'State abandoned negotiation table based on 3 subjects'

Dicle added, "The issue was at a stage in which problems could be solved. Three subjects have caused the state to abandon the talks. First subject is developments in Rojava and PYD increasingly obtaining international legitimacy. The second is, two cantons in Rojava uniting with in alliance with international community forces. The third is, concept of war has come to the agenda following defeat of AKP and HDP gaining strength in June 7 elections. We all have started to undergo a painful period."
