The rebel of Cinar who losed his hands by electricty strike

DİYARBAKIR (DİHA) -M. Sirin Cinar who had lost his hands in Diyarbakir's Lice District when he was 9 year old could not have any return from his application to Turkey employment Institution. Stating that authorities from Employment Institution had asked him '' Can you make Welding business and carpentry?, Cinar, stated that '' I want a work which I can do. No help was given until now. I had not begged until now. Should I do theft?''



Cinar, who had lost his hands when he was 9 year old in the beam which he climbed by electricity current, is now 40 year old and father of 8 child. Cinar facing many problems after losing his hands, could not get any result from his aplication to Turkey Employmet Institution in 1984. Although he handed down the report that he is 100 percent crippled, faced questions like '' Can you make carpentry and welding business?'', said that those who have hands even could not make welding business. Cinar who learnt for a while ago that cook, security guard and seller of tea were taken to be employed in Goksu Barrage, did not get any return from his applicaton.



' Should I make theft?'



Cinar who drives tractor although he does not have his hands, said that '' If I was caught while driving, they would call me monster of traffic. I had to look after my mother along with 8 child. I want a business which I can do. No help was given until now. I had not begged. Should I do theft?'' Stating that he had to subsist on by 400 YTL which he receives once by 3 month, Cinar, said that '' Either should make me retired or give better salary''.
