MARDİN (DİHA) - One of our reporters Meltem Oktay, taken into custody and referred to court for arrest has been arrested under charge of “being a member of organization”, also Uğur Akgül has been released with judicial control decision.

Taken into custody in house raid in Çatalözü neighborhood of Nisêbîn (Nusaybin), Mardin on April 12 and referred to Nusaybin State Hospital which is used as a courthouse, our reporters Meltem Oktay and Uğur Akgül referred to vacation court after prosecution procedures for arrest. After court procedures, Oktay has been arrested “being a member of organization”. Akgül has been released with judicial control decision.
