HAKKARİ (DİHA) - Fires started as a result of the bombings by Turkish soldiers in Şemdinli district of Hakkari continue.
A number of forested areas and animals have been destroyed in the fires which are deliberately not responded by the state.
Bombardments by Turkish forces have started fires at eight separate points in a large area extending from the Şapatan (Altınsu) village to the Mount Efkar.
The fires are growing as the state deliberately avoids responding and stopping them.
The forested lands in the regions of Dola Gavana, Ginse, Kani Botkê and Mûşan have completely burnt down in the fires that have also taken the lives of countless animals living in the wild.
