Detainee Roboski minors tortured by soldiers!
ŞIRNAK (DİHA) - Soldiers attacked the people on their way back to the Roboski village on June 30th after protest at the border.
Turkish soldiers have once again attacked the people on their way back to the Roboski village on June 30th after protest at the border against the enhanced military deployment. Opening random fire around in the village, soldiers killed 4 mules while their bullets also hit a number of houses and cars of the local people.
Minors from Roboski Sami Encü (14), Yusuf Encü (13), Sait Encü (13) and Samet Encü who were forcibly detained in yesterday's assault by the soldiers were held at Ortasu Gendarmerie Command during the night before being taken to Uludere State Hospital and then to Uludere District Gendarmerie Command on Wednesday. The minors were referred to the court and released by it at the evening hours of Wednesday.
One of the detainee children, S.E., told DİHA, "The soldiers had tortured us. They hit us with their sticks. They beat us and took us into custody. They always threatened us with their armoured vehicles. They hit our heads with sticks".
There are scars of battering on the bodies of detainee Roboski children. Turkish warplanes bombed a group of villagers in Roboski village bound to Uludere district of Şırnak on 28 December 2011 and massacred 34 of them.
