Daesh gangs open fire on Kurdish people in Raqqa
GİRÊ SPÎ (DİHA) - ISIS gangs opened fire on the Kurdish people who were trying to escape from Raqqa after the 72 hours gangs had given to people to leave the town came to an end. In the fire opened by ISIS gangs, 1 person died and 9 others were wounded.
ANHA reported in Girê Spî that the gangs stopped a family departing from Raqqa for Girê Spî at the check point in Skîrwa village and suddenly opened fire on them, leaving 10 persons wounded, including children.
The wounded were taken to Girê Spî first. Those who were in critical condition were sent to hospitals in North Kurdistan; however the Turkish authorities did not allow them to cross the border. During the time the family waited at the border, a woman called Meryem Ehmed Bozan (28) lost her life. It is feared that the number of deaths might increase as the other wounded are also in critical condition.
Those who carried the wounded to Girê Spî told that ISIS gangs started opening random fire on Kurdish people in Raqqa and that many civilians lost their lives. The eye witnesses say ISIS gangs launched ethnic cleansing against Kurdish people.
