Van flowing to HDP rally
VAN (DİHA) - Tens of thousands are flowing to the rally field in Van for HDP rally since the morning.
In the province of Van, where People’s Democratic Party (HDP), will hold its last election rally in the coming hours, tens of thousands have already started to flood to the rally field since the morning.
Following the bomb attacks on the HDP rally in Diyarbakır yesterday, tens of thousands are flooding to the rally field in Van today for HDP rally to take place as the final election rally of the party before the start of the election bans at 18:00 today.
Police and municipality forces have taken intense security measures and conduct search in the rally field against probable attacks and provocations, while the municipality police force set up check points at 4 different locations at the entrance to the field.
The rally area is colourfully decorated with banners and flags of the party, while Co-chair Figen Yüksekdağ, who is also HDP’s Van candidate, is expected to reach the venue and to make a speech in the coming hours.
