AMÛDE (DİHA) - Women have built Kurdish Woman Memorial at the city square of Amûde city
As the celebrations and activities of March 8 International Women's Day continue in all parts of Kurdistan, women have built Kurdish Woman Memorial at the city square of Amûde city West Kurdistan, Rojava. The Kurdish Woman Memorial installed to honour the resistance of Kurdish women, especailly of YPJ (Women's Protection Units), is to be unveiled on March 8.
Thousands of women and YPJ fighters are expected to join in the opening ceremony.
