EFRÎN – (DİHA ) Women in Cindirês and Mabata towns of Efrîn played a significant role in teaching Kurdish and offering education to children in SZK (Language Institution of West Kurdistan). Hundreds of female teachers continuously give lectures.

SZK members initiated works on language in 2009. Stêrkvan Haco, member of the institution, noted that at the beginning they were teaching secretly at homes. Stêrkvan Haco noted that "We advanced the works after The Rojava Revolution. We could do great jobs despite limited resources. SZK created a language revolution in time. When we launched the courses we were just six teachers and working in one room. Now we have 103 teachers who offer education in Kurdish language. 90 of the teachers are women. Now every nation can study in its own language thanks to the autonomy.''
