Mine collapse in Amasra: Chinese worker killed
BARTIN (DİHA) - One Chinese worker was killed and another was injured, after a coal mine collapsed in Amasra district of Bartın.
The accident happened at around 11.00 a.m. at a private coal mine in the Amasra district’s Tarlaağzı neighborhood, when piles of coal collapsed next to the area where miners prepare for work. The two Chinese workers were recovered from the rubble by their colleagues. One died at the scene while the other was rushed to Bartın State Hospital.
