Artists to give out a sound to scream of Shengal!
DİYARBAKIR (DİHA) - The Unity of Democratic Artists will hold a massive solidarity concert for the Êzidî (Yazidi) people who has to immigrate on grounds of the barbaric attacks of Islamic State of Iraq and Sham (ISIS) gangs.
The solidarity with Êzidîs concert will be held in Diyarbakır Kervansaray Hotel with the slogan of "Give out a sound to Shengal (Sinjar)" on 25 September. About 40 artists will sing their songs on various languages. Artists from all four parts of Kurdistan and Europe will also take scene along the concert. Apart from the Democratic Society Congress (DTK) Co-chairs Selma Irmak and Hatip Dicle, Party of Democratic Regions (DBP) General Co-chair Emine Ayna and Kamuran Yüksek, Peoples' Democratic Party (HDP) General Co-chair Selahattin Demirtaş, dozens of artists like Suavi, Ferhat Tunç, Pınar Aydınlar, Hozan Diyar, Mehmet Atlı, Beytocan and Hesen Şerif will take part in the concert.
