Hozan Mizgin remembered
NEWS CENTER (DİHA) - Kurdish Artist Hozan Mizgin and those who lost their lives in May have been commemorated with various activities.
Famous Kurdish Artist (Gurbet Aydın) and those who lost their lives in May were remembered with various activities including cinevision shows held in Diyarbakır's Ergani district, Şırnak and its İdil district in her 22th death anniversary. Hundreds of citizens including Peoples' Democratic Party (HDP) and Peace and Democracy Party (BDP) executives, Peace Mothers Assembly members and NGOs representatives joined in the acts.
One minute silence was held in the person of Hozan Mizgin for all those who lost their lives in the struggle of democracy and freedom. The photos of Hozan Mizgin, the flags of Kurdistan Workers' Party (PKK) and Kurdistan Communities Union (KCK) were seen in the acts. The slogans of "Martyrs do not die" marked the commemoration acts.
