It is noteworthy that the real name of Mame Rîşe is Necmedîn Şikûr Reûf where was born in 1955 in the village of Talabanî and participated in 1970 in the Palestine war and in 1987 took part in the fighting with the peshmerga forces against the forces of the Iraqi regime who invade Kurdistan of Iraq and mentions that in January 24 of the year in 1985 he was assassinated by some traitors belonging to the Iraqi regime.
