Kaynar sang songs on 6 languages, accused as "separatist"

ISTANBUL (DIHA) - Artist and singer İkbal Kaynar, who sings songs on 6 different languages in her album called by "Ebruli Şarkılar" (Mottled Songs), has stated that she was reacted by her citizens in the wake of releasing of the album. Attracting that she was accused as "separatist" as she sang songs in Kurdish and Armenain languages, Kaynar noted, "I explained to them that I'm not separatist, I'm trying to create a unity among people by not breaking them," underlined.

Growing in a family being interested in music, İkbal Kaynar is an artist that supports democratic rights of people by joining in the social activities. Artist and singer İkbal Kaynar released an album called by "Ebruli Şarkılar" (Mottled Songs) in 2012 to league together and unite peoples.

'I will go on using my art for the unity'

She sings the song named "Heyamola" in Lazuri language; "Bülbülüm Altın Kafeste" (Our nightingale in golden cage) in Greek; "Bugün Bayram Günüdür" (Today is the day of bairam) in Kurdish, Armenian, Arabic and Turkish. Kaynar put into words; "Despite all the reacts, especially these from my citizens, I will go on using my art for the unity of peoples."
