ISIS threatens in Konya with beheading! 2015-07-08 08:24:31 KONYA (DİHA) - Supporters of ISIS gangs, who are supported by Turkey and have received global attention with their brutal massacre methods, threatened patriotic Kurds in Konya. 10 to 20 ISIS supporters raided the workplace of former BDP (Party of Democratic Regions, formerly BDP) provincial chair Aryen İşler and threatened him beheading “in case anything happened to their brothers in Diyarbakır.” As ISIS gangs receive global attention with their brutal massacre methods and the ties between Turkey and ISIS become increasingly questioned, ISIS supporters threatened civilians in Konya in plain daylight. Faris Özanlı, who was born in the Özalp district of Van and lost two of his brothers in ISIS ranks, raided the workplace of former BDP provincial chair Aryen İşlek with 10 to 20 people and threatened İşlek on behalf of ISIS. Raid in plain daylight ISIS supporters with clubs raided İşlek’s workplace located near Mevlana Museum in Konya and threatened İşlek with death. Previously, İşlek had warned the group for their ISIS propaganda and told them to stay away from his workplace. ISIS supporters accused İşlek of insulting religion and dared him to object to their support for ISIS. Message given İşlek was with his brother as the incident occurred and the two brothers were threatened with beheading in case any thing happened to the friends of these ISIS supporters who live in Diyarbakır. During the raid, some gangs were seen text messaging the phrase “Message given” through their mobile phones. Decision of the sect Soon after the raid, another group of ISIS supporters also raided İşlek’s workplace and continued the threats targeting İşlek. This second group, mainly composed of people from Konya, Ağrı and Van, told İşlek that the raids were a decision of their sect. İşlek stated that he would not bow down to the threats of ISIS supporters. Transfers from Hizbullah to Tevhid Most of the gangs who threatened İşlek were former Hizbullah members who joined the Tevhid group that recently carries out pro-ISIS activities in Konya and recruit many young people for ISIS. İşler filed a criminal complaint to the Konya Public Prosecutor’s Office against the gangs who threatened him soon after the raids. (nt)
